Alright! Only about a month left till school! What?! So this summer has been great, apart from the part where I was going to do something inspiring and dramatic but I guess thats just a fever I get every summer. Although, I did get to decide on a few important things for the future and Im very much looking forward to them! 

Im thinking about starting a new blog, a serious one. I hope it can help me with what i want to do later on because I have been planning for a while now.

Okay then. I guess this will be my last post for now!

As much as Im dying to finally write my Summer 11 post, I cant. Although I know its not going to be special, Id rather think about it first. Then again I cant keep my mind off the 30DayChallenges!!! I think I shouldnt have chanllenged my friend to do them since Im way behind... Oh well. Sitting here at the lonely desk trying to keep the nosy guys face off my laptop, knowing that I wont be able to blog or even check it for a while is definitely going to make me something close to bipolar. First, Im going to be happy because I know that Ill have so much to read when I get back but then again, I didnt have any access to it during exams either. Gosh, life is so frustrating!

Every minute counts

With the weather being so perfect its impossible to focus on unnecessary upcoming exams. Then when you have friends who do IB and can basically hang out and have fun just because they finished their socials exam already, jealousy kicks in. Who would have ever thought that schools still have final exams? In the 21st century! To make matters worse Dubai students, who did not have any exams, are done with school! Oh well. The only thing that should be going around my mind is social studies but I cant stop thinking about how easy life was as a kid and there was no need to worry about exams!

It seems like only a few people are excited for prom... I mean yes a lot of girls freak out about what to wear and etc. but only some plan it out and wont stop thinking about it years and years before it even happens. Im gladly one of them. Before moving here I was so extremely excited about it because I thought since were geographically closer to the US it might be more like the ones in the typical american movies. To my surprise and disappointment, they don't. Who would have ever thought a school only a few hours away from the States, the PROM country only has a 'semi-formal'?!

Theres only so much you can do when parents decide things on their own. Getting mad just because you had planned out every spot in your supposedly new room isn't going to change their mind.  So in my case Im making the most out of it by ( as cruel as that sounds) hoping for my brother to move out so I can get his place...

Feather extention

I remember a friend getting some feather extensions a while ago and I thought they're so immature and that I would never get them. Yet I kept passing by the store where she got them and I saw all the pretty colours they had... And then it hit me, I had to get some!

High Tea

Today was a friends 16th birthday with a 'High Tea' theme.  It went pretty well, we had tea, sushi, cute deserts and cake. Yumm!

The start of the Spring / Summer season means its time to refresh your wardrobe.

The short stuff: Hemlines have crept up to shorter than short; in fact reaching the negative. Hot pants, boy shorts, and tap pants are all variations on this shorter-than-short style.
